COMMISSIONING RULES/TOS

• Full payment upfront.

• I have the right to reject any commission inquiry for any reason.

• Do not commission me when you're racist, homophobic, transphobic, racist, antivaxx, support NFTs, etc. Fuck off.

• If you commission me and you're homophobic, transphobic, racist, antivaxx, or support NFTs, I WILL cancel your commission. No, you will get a refund.

• Do not commission anything in the NSFW range if you're a minor. Minors are also not allowed to commission anything with a total price over $50.

• A WIP will be provided to you before I finish the work.

• I won't keep working until i know you've seen the WIP.

• No major changes will be made after approval of the WIP.

• I can share the artwork on any platform I want, as well as include it in things like portfolios, future commission sheets, Youtube videos, etc

• Commissioner may use the artwork as their wallpaper/avatar/header etc, but proper credit must be given.

• Commissioner is allowed to repost the artwork as long the artist (me) is given proper credit.

• Commissioner may not use the artwork in commercial ways: reselling, selling physical goods with the artwork on it (prints, shirts, etc), unless specified otherwise (you must inform me upfront that you'd like to use the artwork for commercial uses, and it might cost extra).

• Physical goods for personal/non commercial use are allowed.
